We also offer a digital portal for paid clients to store documents, track application status, and communicate with us.We do not provide legal representation in court proceedings, nor do we guarantee the success of any immigration application. Our services are limited to providing professional advice and assistance with application processes.
3. User Accounts
- Account Creation: An account will be created for you upon becoming a paid client. You will receive an invite to access the portal.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and must not share them with others.
- ID Verification: We may verify your identity before granting access to the portal.
- Account Usage: Any misuse or unauthorised access to your account may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
4. Fees and Payments
- Fees: Our fee structure is transparent and will be communicated before engagement.
- Refunds: Full refund within 7 days of payment if no work has commenced. Partial refund if work has started, based on the progress made.
- Payment Methods: Payments are processed via Stripe, and invoicing is managed through Xero.
- Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of services until full payment is received.
5. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information for your immigration application. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from false or incomplete information.
- You must comply with all UK immigration rules and regulations.
- You are responsible for reviewing all documents before submission and notifying us of any discrepancies.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Utilise our digital tools (e.g., salary calculators, visa fee estimators) for any purpose that results in financial gain or other commercial benefits, as these tools are strictly intended for their designated use only.
- Share your account login details with unauthorised individuals.
- Use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website, digital portal, or business operations.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, logos, and tools, is the property of Essential Law Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.
- Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

- We use secure tools such as Hubflo, Fillout, Airtable for client portal and to store and manage your data. Gmail, and WhatsApp for communication.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our Services.
9. Limitations of Liability
- We are not responsible for visa refusals, delays, or other outcomes determined by the UK Home Office.
- Our liability is limited to £500 in cases where a mistake on our part results in a visa refusal, provided no appeal is possible. If an appeal is viable, we will handle it at no additional cost.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our Services.
- We do not provide any warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on our website.
10. Termination of Accounts
- By You: You may request to delete your account after 6 years, in compliance with legal data retention requirements. A copy of your data will be provided upon request.
- By Us: We may terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
- Effect of Termination: Termination does not absolve you of any outstanding financial obligations.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
